Intergenerational Projects to Prevent and Reduce Ageism
Dr. Emese Schiller is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Adult Education and Knowledge Management, specializing in empowering older adults to become independent learners. Her work focuses on enhancing self-awareness and digital skills, enabling older adults to confidently navigate technology-supported learning. At Eötvös Loránd University, her research explores intergenerational programs that connect older and younger learners, fostering knowledge exchange and collaborative growth. Additionally, as a member of the Organizational and Work-integrated Learning Research Group, she investigates strategies to support adult work-based learning.
