Study Results: Avatar Lecturers in Educational Videos
As avatars are increasingly being used in educational e-learning videos, and little is known about their impact on learning performance and satisfaction of older learners, a recent master’s thesis by Lea Riniker aimed to close this research gap. In this video, the tested avatars themselves present the study and the research results. Use the settings (cogwheel) to switch English or German subtitles on or off.
