Founder of WiseLearn awarded the UZH Entrepreneur Fellowship
We are proud to announce that Dr. Burcu Demiray has been awarded the UZH Entrepreneur Fellowship in the track Sustainable Society for WiseLearn. This prestigious program supports researchers from the University of Zurich in turning their research-based innovations into impactful startups.
The Sustainable Society track focuses on innovations that foster social inclusion, strengthen communities, and promote sustainable development. Fellows receive one year of financial support, mentorship, and entrepreneurship training to validate their ideas and build viable ventures.
Within this framework, WiseLearn was recognized for its strong societal relevance. The fellowship empowers us to advance our mission of making the second half of life a time of learning, innovation, and connection – turning lifelong learning into a true driver of change. With guidance from UZH mentors and business coaches, we are ready to take WiseLearn to the next level, grow sustainably, and deepen our impact.
